Converter Fume Micro-pressure Control System Based on Embedded Digital Intelligent Controller

The converter fume micro-pressure control system has the characteristics of the formidable of application environment, the heavy of external disturbance and the unstable balanced state. The control effect is not ideal with the conventional methods. An embedded digital intelligent controller is designed and developed in the paper to improve the control effect. The embedded digital intelligent controller is used with embedded computer and embedded operation system—VxWorks, the intelligent control algorithms including integrated position PID, gain PID, integral-separated PID, self-adaptive neural PID, BP neural PID is used in the paper. The digital servo controller and integral servo device are realized. The control system with the embedded digital intelligent controller has the characteristics of strong selectivity, good real-time, high reliability and so on. The feasibility and validity of self-adapting neural PID control algorithm are proved by emulation. The yield and quality of recovery converter fume are improved by using the embedded digital intelligent controller.
