The Study on the Influencing Factors of Secondary Regulation Speed Control System
In the secondary regulation system, the speed control system is most widely used, whose dynamic characteristics have important effect on the whole system. There are many factors influencing the dynamic characteristics of secondary regulation speed control system. Such as pressure fluctuation of oil sources, fluctuation of load, friction force, consideration of accumulator, frequency character of servo valve and so on. This paper researches on the effect of pressure fluctuation of oil sources and fluctuation of load to the system. Moreover, it establishes mathematic model and simulate with MATLAB to secondary regulation speed control system. We can obtain different dynamic curves in varied loads and work conditions. The results show different influences of energy-saving. These provide the theoretical basis to design and application of secondary regulation system.
