Hydraulic AGC System Study of 4-high Reversing Rolling Mill Based on Virtual Instrument

This paper applys virtual instrument LabVIEW to four high reverse rolling mill, introduces the structure and working principle of AGC, and designs control strategy. Digital PID controller gains good control effect. Since Virtual Instrument LabVIEW supports multithread. data acquisition and control unit are set in the same thread and maximal priority, AGC system realizes the real-time control of system and reaches the control request.
