The Research of Controlling Redundant Force on the HydraulicTesting Rig of Rolling Servo Cylinder

摘要：

The hydraulic testing rig of rolling servo cylinder is used for simulating the load stress in the rolling process, which could complete the static and dynamic test for servo cylinder. In the dynamic load process, the redundant force can affect seriously the load precision of system. According to the features of the hydraulic testing of rolling servo cylinder, this article proposes a method to make use of dynamic pressure feedback for controlling redundant force, which can actualize from hardware. The simulation result shows that this measure may suppress the redundant force above 90％, which is simple and feasible.
