Contribution to Modeling and Simulation of an Electro-Hydraulic Control System in Shield Machine
This deals with the modeling and simulation of Electro-Hydraulic Control System for shield machine. After a detailed analysis of the function of such a system in shield machine, the modeling and simulation of the EHCS is discussed with respect to accuracy and virtual prototyping. It is pointed that the model of proportional pressure relief valve and power limiting valve have a great importance to get a realistic simulated EHCS. As an illustration, a prototype of HerrenKnecht shield machine EHCS is modeled within the AMESim simulation software environment.
