A Scheduling Method of Control Network with Application to Dual-Cylinder Synchronous Control System
Aiming at networked control system, a new network scheduling method is put forward in view of both control performance and network transmission. Firstly, the sampling period ranges of control loops are deduced through estimating the network loads and importing the frequency spectrum analysis. Next, the network bandwidth allocating method based on the non-preemptive RM algorithm is adopted to determine the sampling periods and priority configurations of transmission tasks so as to guarantee network scheduiable. Finally, die proposed network scheduling method is applied on a dual-cylinder pushing synchronous control system, and the simulation result proves it effective.
