Application of Fuzzy Immune PID in Shape Control of Cold Strip Rolling

Based on the immune regulating law of organism, an artificial immune PID controller is designed. According to the character of fuzzy logic controller approaching to non-line function, using it as antibody-suppressed function to improve the self-adapting capability of immune PID controller. Fuzzy immune PID controller is applied in hydraulic bend system of reverse cold strip rolling, the result of emulation shows the controller has strong robustness and self-adaptive ability, and good control result is gained in shape control.
