Simulation and Experiment Analysis for the Force Servo System of Steel Pipe Hydraulic Testing Machine

Based on the analysis of the structure and characteristics of a kind of steel pipe hydraulic testing machine in practice, the mathematic model and the simulation model of the force servo system are set up in this paper. With the actual system parameters, the simulation analysis is carried out according to various operating modes; the main reasons of the accidents out of range are acquired; and the corresponding details avoiding these accidents are worked out. Via measuring and analyzing the system on spot, the feasibility and validity of the study in this paper is justified.
