Pump and Valve Combined Scheme of EHA Based on Variable Pressure
EHA (Electro-Hydrostatic Actuator) have the advantages of small volume, high survivability and high reliability, etc, therefore, they are focused in the research field of actuation systems. The pump and valve combined scheme of EHA is mainly discussed in this paper. After analyzing the feasibility of applying variable supply pressure to improve the efficiency of actuation system and considering the technical advantages at present stage, the control scheme of multistage supply pressure and load feedback are presented and their principles of work are discussed in detail. In order to solve the problem of actuation systems dynamic characteristics getting worse which is caused by variable supply pressure, Fuzzy-PID is used to tune control parameters. The results of simulation indicate that the actuation systems dynamic characteristics are improved at different supply pressures. Because the efficiency, response and some other technical merits are considered in pump and valve combined scheme so, now a days it is the best choice for the designer of actuation system.
