Synchronization Control System of Two-Cylinder of 200MN Press

Using the linear multiple input-multiple outputs (MIM0) robust control technique an outer-loop motion synchronization controller to be design, a nonlinear single input-single output (SISO) perturbation observer-based pressure-force controller is designed for each cylinder of the 200MN hydraulic press as the inner-loop controller to handle the nonlinearities associated with the electrohydraulic actuators. The experiments verified the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
