Study of Details State Space Model for a Special Rotary Actuator Controlled by Two-Stage Servo Valve
The paper deals with the application of the hydraulic servo control system on the Electro hydraulic servo actuator system (EHSAS). The system consists of a special actuator is compact rotary actuator which convert the linear displacement via two symmetrical pistons to angular position via rotating wheel, which used to control movable surface of space vehicle and missile, controlled by means the Electro hydraulic servo valve of two stages with mechanical feed back.The paper provides a detail nonlinear (and linear) mathematical model for all system in state space form describing the dynamic behavior of the EHSAS with load. The simulation gives a good agreement results for all dynamic parameter of the EHSAS. That model valid for design new similar systems and study the effect of deferent parameter on the dynamics of EHSAS also minimize the prototype coast.
