Study on the Matching Control between Constant Power and Variable Power of Hydraulic Excavator

摘要：

According to the variety and complexity of the load, a method of the matching control between constant power and variable power is put out based on the analysis of the diese! characteristic. The energy saving controller is used in this paper to make the diesel and the pump work according to the load. In the end, experiment is produced on the hydraulic excavator. From the experimental result, the fluctuant bound is dwindled, the usage ratio of the fuel and the efficiency of the whole machine are improved. It can get about 5％ of fuel saving by this control strategy.
