Study on Dynamic Characteristic of a High-Pressure Pneumatic Solenoid On-Off Valve
As an importance pneumatic control component of a high-pressure pneumatic system, a new type high-pressure Pneumatic solenoid on-off valve, which has the advantages of high work pressure and large output flow-rate, is presented in the paper. The mathematics model of the valve is built with mechanics principle method. By simulation, the dynamic characteristics of the high-pressure Pneumatic solenoid on-off valve are analyzed. The study results show that the maximum response time of the valve is less than 0.35s, and its maximum pressure loss is 0.5MPa. The results indicate that the performances of the valve meet the requirement of the pneumatic system. The research in the paper is significance for development of the high-pressure Pneumatic solenoid on-off valve.
