The Design and Research in the Water Hydraulic Components with Metals-Graphite Material
Because there is a big difference between the physics and chemistry characteristic of the water and the tradition of hydraulic mediator, so there is a technology puzzle about tribology in the research of the water hydraulic components. This text research the mechanism about stick-slip phenomenon in the water hydraulic components when we adopt the metals and metals form couples and analysis the characteristic of the new material metals-graphite which can apply in the water hydraulic components. The result of research show that the metals-graphite material is very suitable for rub-pairs because the existence of graphite make the metals-graphite material has good self-lubricating property, in the water the service behavior is good. When the water lubrication has good beneficial condition, the coefficient of friction can reach to 0.06-0.08.
