Application Study on Pneumatic Rodless Cylinder

The principles and application of one new type pneumatic rodless cylinder is described in three—freedom pneumatic manipulators which manufacture by Bosch-rexroth Ltd. The performances of system using this cylinder are improved by various assemblies , mounting style and embedding measurement system. By building mathematic model of this cylinder, static characteristic are analyzed in theory. Simulation results show that it coincides with theoretical analysis and get clarified conclusion. It provide theoretical basis for design and application of such a pneumatic rodless cylinder.
