Study on Anode Reshaping Machine in Non-Ferrous Metallurgy
Anode reshaping machine is mainly applied to modify plane and ear of the anode plate in non-ferrous metallurgy. This paper introduced working principal and characteristics of a new type electro-hydraulic vertical reshaping machine which is designed by our work group and analyzed force condition. Compared with the difference between horizontal type and vertical type, and then analyzed characteristics of multiple-point press style and whole plate press style. Vertical reshaping machine adopts electro-hydraulic proportional technology and realizes precise continuous pressure control , adopts the structure of three beams and four poles, adopts hydraulic cylinder with drive connecting rod and avoid interfering; adopts single sphere connecting to alleviate offset load. Study results and applied efforts shown that the structure of whole-machine is working very well with accurate pressure control, compact structure, small floor area, convenient maintenance and good reshaping effort.
