FTA-Based Optimal Search Strategy of Fault Diagnosis on Hydraulic System of the Rubber Briquetting Press
In accordance with complex structure and difficulty of finding faults for hydraulic system, fault diagnosis of shutdown of pump-motor unit of some presss hydraulic system is taken as a practical example, by use of FTA (Fault Tree Analysis) method, search cost and fault probability are considered simultaneously to find optimal search strategy for hydraulic system. This approach proposed above overcomes the insufficiency of FTA in searching faults, and rapidity and accuracy of fault diagnosis are improved. As a result, the optimal searching of hydraulic system fault diagnosis is realized and systems reliability is ensured.
