Construction Machinery Running Attention System

摘要：

The system of Construction machinery often falls into varies of malfunctions owing to its complexity, field working chronically with high load in environmental extremes.So Construction machinery running attention system with electronic, automatic and intellectualized based on Internet technology and workflow platform was established to real-time monitor the running status and data acquisition, auto/manual collect malfunction information, response rapidly to eliminating the malfunction and expert-diagnose online. The system also saves the data about the malfunction information, its causation and corresponding solution to database, then the established malfunction library serves to analyzing the statistics and providing to decision-making warrant. The system adequately embodies convenient and highly efficient properties by rapidly responding to malfunction and constituting the workflow among every unit.
