Research on the Control System of Low Energy-consumption Blankholding

An blank-holding control system of low energy-consumption on a hydraulic press has been established. Response performance of the system is obtained by theoretical analyses, numerical simulation and experiments. The results indicate that the system has good celerity and stability in a wide range of variety of parameters, and shows a high precision of stationary response. This research provides base for the engineering application of the system.
