Malfunction Elimination for Hydraulic Drives System of Helicopter Rotor Model Test Rig

摘要：

Hydraulic power system of helicopter rotor model test rig provides driven power for rotation of helicopter rotor model. The system is in principle composed of hydraulic pumping station and hydraulic motor, and is a set of advanced dual control loop system. The first level controls both position and speed of hydraulic motor, and can achieve stepless speed regulation. The second level uses an electromagnetic proportional overflow valve to act closed-loop control on pressure of hydraulic pumping station, and flow rate of the pumping station is auto matched by the required rotation power of rotor model. This paper introduces the principles of the system, malfunction symptom, measures taken and process of malfunction elimination.
