A Study on Electro-hydraulic Proportional Control Method of Regulating System in 200MW Steam Turbine
Steam turbine regulating system plays an important part in power supply system. Its performance can directly infect the stability of voltage and frequency in electric network. On account of the drawbacks of mechanical hydraulic regulation and electric-hydraulic servo regulation, it is necessary to make a study on the use of electro-hydraulic proportional control method in steam turbine regulating system. In this paper with the analysis of regulating system in original 200MW steam turbine, the deficiencies are set forth. The servo control of valve opening is realized with the use of magnetic switch valves to control spool of oil servo motor and with electro-hydraulic proportional valve as converter. The principle of system is given and the mathematic model is also built up. The coincidence of simulation and experiment proves the feasibility of the method.
