Research on Corrosion and Cavitation of the Transmission of Pure Water Hydraulic
This paper research on the generation mechanism of corrosion and cavitation of the transmission of pure water hydraulic. Research show that cavitation has important relate to the structure and size of the water pressure pieces, so put forward an adoption that the many classes reduce expenses, the high pressure lead to flow, the head of spool adoption special structure, prevent effluxion from reattaching wall, lower the speed of effluxion diffuse, and at the downstream cavity of the valve adoption special structure etc, which methods exalt the ability that the water pressure component resist cavitation. In addition, research come up some methods that exalt the ability to anti-cavitation and bear corrosion from the material, exalting the service life and the worked efficiency of the water pressure component.
