The Resources Categories of Recycle Economy

In the past, for a long period of time, Chinas economy gave priority to the development of heavy chemical industries. In the course of making the transition, although Chinas economy abandoned Common Understanding in Washington, explored, summarized, searched constantly, finally succeeded from planned economic system to economic development of its own unique transformation period, and created development miracle of international economic history, the changes between domestic and foreign key points that Chinas economy faces has not changed at all. Scarce and fragile intellectual resource, fund and ecological resource are still major economic contradictions that China cant avoid. In order to solve developing bottleneck problem and realize sustainable development, Chinese Government has proposed to develop recycle economy in a more cost-effective manner.
