Construction of Geohazard Prevention Data Center in Three Gorge Reservoir Area

Data center construction is a very important foundation for information. Geohazard prevention data center, in three gorge reservoir area is taken as an example to illustrate how to acquire, store, manage and apply multi-meta, multi-type, multi-dimension and multi-origin magnanimity data.Data center is based on domestic and overseas general stipulation and standards. Its fundamental facilities are composed of network system, correspond facilities and computer operation system, database management software and GIS platform, etc. Spatial data, professional property data and management information data can be unified in storage and management so that magnanimous data can be dispatched, combined and analyzed. Menu orientation and three dimension visual roam are offered in order to retrieve and inquiry data, and spatial calculation and analysis to meet demands of different users. Strict security measure is adopted to ensure safety of data and software system. The data center construction can be called a good example for geohazard prevention data center.Data center construction is the most important in information. Geohazard prevention information construction is conducted through data standardization, data collection, data management, information service and data security.
