Evaluation Model of Complicated Degree of Fracture Structure Based on the Fractal Theory
According to the characters of self-resemblance, illegibility, insufficiency of information of fracture, an idea considering the fractal dimensions of fault as one of assessment factors of fuzzy comprehensive judgment for quantitative evaluation of fracture structure is put forward in this paper. The fuzzy relation depicts the interrelation between the factors and the complicated degree of fault. And the sufficiency degree of information is depicted by the gray degree. Moreover, the methods of auto-statistic and calculation of fractal dimension and the steps of building gray fuzzy comprehensive assessment model are introduced. The significant conclusions are drawn as follows: fractal dimension is a good parameter to reflect accurately and effectively the complicated degree of fracture structure. The results of this assessment model is so objective that it can provide evidence for the evaluation and forecast of regional planning and regional geological disaster.
