Study of Fitting Variogram Model
Fitting variogram model is a key problem in Kriging estimation. The fitting method of variogram has an effect on the accuracy of Kriging estimation. Most traditional fitting methods of variogram have high time complexity, and call for strict data distribution with un-flexible algorithm, which needs repeating parameter adjustment and computing to find right model. Aiming at the problems above, this paper improves integral area method on the basis of Newton iterative and cubic splines interpolation. Integral area method considers that the area that variogram contained is equal to the theoretical model contained. Newton iterative and cubic splines interpolation can reduce dispersive error when taking the whole structure into consider. The experiment results of improved integral area method are differenl from the traditional methods. The analysis result shows that improved integral area method can decrease complexity effectively, implement neatly and is robust to data of different distribution.
