Visual Optical Analysis on Recognition of Automotive Multicolor Displayed Images
The emissive multicolor display devices have been widely used in vehicle display systems. Even though images are set to be equal luminance intensity, many drivers have reported that visibility was different in depending on colors. Here, we called this phenomenon Perception of inequality. The experimental results have been verified that the correct response rates were different in depending on colors when images are set to be equal luminance intensity. In this report, the phenomenon Perception of inequality was verified through the visual optical experiments and analysis.
