Lamps of Illumination for LCD with Use LED of Light Sources

摘要：

Calculated on basic parameter device illumination backlight on LED. Effective of this device can be in conditions of high lighting efficiency phosphor of white LED. With utilizing two standard formulas of cubical garnet Ln3 Al5 O12, Me3Ⅱ Me2Ⅲ Si3 O12 can be exploited four races of new phosphors, such as lanthanum garnet, silicate garnet, poly-aluminate and poly-silicate. These phosphors have very high effective for LED (up to 100 lumen/W), steady color and high stable time. Calculated power of backlight lass 1.5 Wt/100 sm2.
