A Phosphor Coating Processing with SiO2 for Carbon Nanotube FED

This paper deals with the phosphor used in FED, which works based on the principle of special cathodoluminescence. A processing method brought forward is that green phosphor ZnS: Cu,Al coated by a layer of SiO2 film by sol-gel method. The luminous characters in FED are studied by comparing the phosphor in different coating processing conditions such as TEOS concentration, pH scale, and the refluxing temperature. We studied the optimized technology of coating SiO2 film for high quality luminous.
