Study of Novel SMPDP with High Luminous Efficacy
One kind of Shadow Mask PDF (SMPDP) with unsymmetrical structure discharge cell is discussed in this article. Compared with the present symmetrical SMPDP, the unsymmetrical SMPDP has higher brightness and luminous efficacy. Macro cell with 40: 1 rate and 4-inch panel are designed and fabricated. After test and analysis, the geometrical parameters of discharge cell of unsymmetrical SMPDP are optimized.
