A Study on the Mechanical Characteristics of Spacers for TFT LCD
The mechanical properties of spacers prepared by various multilayer structures were investigated through the load-unload test. By proper stacking the individual material, a spacer with variable elastic module can be acquired. From the design point of view, two kinds of color stacked spacer were evaluated. Based on the result of standard deviation, the accuracy and stability of PS height for the connected type color stacked PS can be seen as same with those of the ordinary PS.
