Flexible Display Manufactured on TFT Backplane

摘要：

We have developed the OTFTs using the pentacene thin-film grown by self-organized process. The OTFT exhibited the field-effect mobility of ＞ 1 cm2/Vs and on/off current ratio of ＞ 107 even after the passivation. A 2 inch AMOLED with the OTFT backplane was designed and fabricated on PES. The OTFT with inkjet printing was also fabricated with a DH4T solution for low-cost LCD and EPD. The OTFTs made by vapor and inkjet printing will be discussed for flexible displays.
