Synthetic Route for Optimizing Particle Size of Phosphors for Sub-miniature Fluorescent Lamp Backlights of LCD Displays

摘要：

Small particle, red-emitting Y2O3: Eu phosphors have been synthesized by four different methods for incorporation into white tri-blend phosphors that can be used in high brightness, sub-miniature CCFLs for backlight units for LCD displays , and the emission properties have been investigated. The continuous flow process seems promising for large scale manufacture.
