Study of Strontium Metatitanate Structure Formation Process

摘要：

Mechanisms of structure formation were investigated by means of structure functions parallel study: composition-temperature of synthesis and composition-period of calcination for two series of the samples. In the first case (Ⅰ) the initial composition corresponded to SrCO3 and TiO2 mixture in the ratio 1 :1, in the second (Ⅱ) the same with addition of 17 mole％ Al (OH)3. The relative phase content was estimated by intensities of the most clearly defined lines of diffraction.
