Initialization Waveform Circuit for SM-PDP
In this paper, a kind of new driving circuit is proposed to produce arbitrary initialization waveform expected for SMPDP. The main controller makes three groups of signals (positive low voltage digital signals, negative low voltage digital signals and control signals). Digital signals will be converted to analog signals by DA chip, then both positive and negative voltage analog signals will be amplified to the high voltage signal through the high voltage, low quiescent current MOSFET operational amplifier. At the same time the control signals make MOSFET on and off in orders, then the high voltage signals we proposed will be applied to the SMPDP.
