192 High-voltage Outputs Data Driver IC for Plasma Display Panel

摘要：

In this paper, a 192 high-voltage outputs PDP data driver IC has been designed and proposed. As the number of highvoltage outputs and die frequency of low-voltage circuit increasing markedly, we make some efforts to optimize die fabrication process, low the power dissipation, and reduce the peak current here. In this PDP data driver 1C, the cost was reduced by more than 20％ , the power consumption of the high-voltage driver circuit was reduced by about 20％ , and the peak current of high voltage supply depreciated greatly, both compared with conventional ones.
