A primary research on quantification of chromatic light preference in landscape illumination
This study regards the monochromatic light as the stimulus of the visual experiment, the chromatic-light emotional responses as the research object, and lays emphasis on exploring a quantitative approach on color emotions and color preferences that are applied to the big scale space in the landscape illumination. In a psychophysical experiment, 50 observers, including 30 undergraduates and 20 middle-age teachers assessed 70 colored stimulus on 18 color-emotion scales with seven-point semantic differential method. Through a statistical analysis summarized the cognitive laws of subjects about chromatic light emotions, and set up the primary framework of quantitative relations on stimulus -- response of the chromatic light, lor emotion scales, quantificational evaluation
