Uncertainties in the Led luminous flux measurement using integrating sphere
The uncertainties in the LED luminous flux measurement using integrating sphere method are analysed. The analysis is mainly focused on the uncertainties arising from the spatial responsivity nonuntformity of the integrating sphere. And a correction method for spatial responsivity nonuniformlty error is proposed. The uncertainties due to spectral mismatch and self-absorption are also discussed as well. The analysis is based on the method of GUM and Monte Carlo simulation. The analysis results can be used as a guide to the measurement practices for the luminous flux of LEDs using integrating sphere method.
