Nim-romania spectro-reflectometric capability

摘要：

Currently NIM-Romania is performing spectral reflectance measurements which results are traceable to its own primary reference consisting in an absolute spectrophotometer based on a modified Taylor- Budde method that meets the CIE Communication 44 requirements.Traceabilrty chain, technical solutions and relevant comparisons are reported.Recently a CCD spectrometer was characterized and the possibility of absolute unit derivation and transfer with this much more convenient device is currently investigated. The so far obtained results are compared with the classically obtained ones.
