Averaged led intensity measurement at nmij
Calibration facilities and procedures for measurement of Averaged LED Intensity using the detector-based method have developed at the National Metrology Institute of Japan (NMIJ). Our facility for Averaged LED Intensity measurement is composed of a gonio-stage for LED, a LED photometer, a LED alignment system and , a LED temperature stabilized socket. Another facility for relative spectra distribution of LED measuremet also have developed.The LED photometer was calibrated with the luminous intensity scale of NMIJ. A relative spectral responsivity s(λ) of the LED photometer was measured with the NMIJ spectral responsivity facility. We have evaluated a characteristic of responsivity linearity and a temperature coefficient of the LED photometer.
