An attempt at establishing a spectral irradiance scale from 200 nm to 250 nm
An attempt to establish a spectral irradiance scale from 200 nm to 250 nm was made, in addition to our spectral irradiance scale which had been established from 250 nm to 2500 nm. A variable temperature blackbody was used for establishing the spectral irradiance scale and deuterium lamps were calibrated by using this scale. For the above calibration, an appropriate operation temperature of the variable temperature blackbody was determined, the aging characteristics of the deuterium lamps were evaluated, the linearity of our spectral irradiance calibration system was checked and an appropriate spectral bandwidth of our spectral irradiance calibration system was determined.
