A study and application of the natural light resources in beijing
The daylight climate data can be widely used to provide important information for agriculture, building construction and other fields. The amount of daylight received on the ground varies with location, and the quantity and quality of daylight in any one place varies with the hour of the day, time of year and meteorological conditions. In this study, data of illuminance, irradiance and sky luminance were collected in the observatory of Beijing from Apr.1, 1991 to Sep. 30, 1992. Based on these data, we make a research on the daylight availability of Beijing, and predicate accurately daylight illuminance in buildings and verify scientifically varied theoretical models of sky brightness.
