Research on interior luminous environment protection in the palace museums juanqinzhai
(0) With the help of experts from the World Monuments Fund, The Palace Museum JuanQinZhai protection group has taken multi-angle researches on many problems such as the architecture and inner ornament. By cooperating with experts in historical buildings preservation, cultural relic protection, exhibition design and museum operation etc., we demonstrate the lighting standards suitable to the JuanQinZhai based on the testing results. Based on the daylight climate model in Beijing, we estimate the annual exposure amount of the JuanQinZhai when it is open, thereout calculate the show time and so with the visit model.We ascertain the natural light as the main source in the indoor illumination, rebuild the transparent setting, replace the historical lamp and rebuild the electric, supply function illumination in the local location that interferes visiting safety, supply exhibition illumination to the panorama and protect the historical information of culture relic in the replace part. We demonstrate the design idea and original visual environment in QianLong dynasty. The conclusion that taking care of both the protection on interior culture relic and visual environment reached by the research provides theoretic and technological support for the the JuanQinZhais open.
