Measurement of the luminance and chromaticity under twenty-four hour daylight and night sky——analyzes the reason of night sky light pollution

摘要：

This paper concerns measurement of the luminance and chromaticity under twenty-four hour daylight and night sky, analyzes the reason of night sky light pollution, put forward corresponding improvement opinions. This paper gives some analyses and discussion for the forming, effect and protection of the light pollution. Study the limiting method of light pollution Hope to decrease the light pollution of city sky effectively, and it set up research foundation for the scientific designing methods and energy conservation of night landscape lighting.
