Study on the obtrusive light of urban cloverleaf illuminating
According to clauses and recommended parameters theoretically provided in Guide on the limitation of obtrusive light from outdoor lighting installations and in glare and uniformity in road lighting installations in CIE technical report; as well as according to consult lighting quality standards of domestic and international urban motorways, the paper summarized technical index on evaluating lighting quality of our country cloverleaf. The paper certificated that TI is applicable to cloverleaf by investigating and computing high-pole lighting facilities in accordance with the present situation of cloverleaves in Tianjin and in Beijing, and by adopting professional lighting software Ulysee to simulate.Then the paper induced the problems of high-pole lighting on some cloverleaves in our country cities. The paper probed into the important method firstly in which applying TI which CIE recommends to compute and evaluate disability glare, put forward the recommended value of TI applicable to our country cloverleaves by measuring data, subjective evaluation, lighting simulation software.
