The Technology of Concentrated Energy Presplit Blasting

The molding technology of explosive rolls with double concentrated energy grooves ensures that the high pressure gas blades penetrate cracks along the presplit face. This organical combination of the presplit blasting and the concentrated energy blasting makes the application of the concentrated energy plesplit blasting in production possible.This patent technology will reduce the amount of drill holes and explosive of unit area about 50％～65％ in presplit blasting and save the cost about 50 ％～55 ％. Abo it will weaken the baleful action of the blasting to the reserved rock and increase the stability of the rock slope and expedite the construction progress. The spread of the technology will create great economic and social benefits obviously.
