FEA and Experimental Research for Demolition of Steel Workshop by Linear Shaped Charge Cutters
With the continuous development of economy,some existing steel-structure has to be reconstructed because of function invalidation. With the traditional method of reverse construction, it needs long time and has large hidden security trouble. So it is necessary to research for demolition of steel-structure by linear shaped charge cutters. Based on FEA,static and dynamic test and experiment on the diffusion rule of explosion yawp when the linear cutters exploded in different space and time, we take the lead in tiding the technology of linear shaped charge cutters for demolition of large-scale steel-structure factory at BAOGANG in Shanghai. The results of Fan analysis and experiments are satisfactory well. It is useful to set down the scheme of demolition for the factory and other similary engineering.
