The world thinnest Polymer Lithium-ion Battery has been developed. The thickness of such ultrathin Polymer Li-ion Battery is about 0.5mm. The features of such ultrathin Polymer Li-ion Battery are rechargeable, flexible and environmental friendly. These cells should be useful for smart cards, RFID tags and other applications that require energy storage in a very thin battery.
