A New Approach on Protection Circuit Module

摘要：

A new approach has been attempted with simple electric circuit using internal heating system on PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) device equipped with voltage sensing unit. New system can play a role of overcharge, over-current, short-circuit protection and has an advantage in low manufacturing cost.
