Study on The Influence of Konjac Glucomannan on Assaying Domperidone in Orally Disintergrating Tablets

摘要：

To evaluate the influence of Konjac glucomannan (KGM) on assaying domperidone in orally disintergrating tablets, We established an RP-HPLC method for the determination of domperidone in dompoeridone orally disintergrating tablets. Then KGM was added to the prescription. Good resolution was obtained after the sample was destroyed by acid, alkali and heat. The results suggested that KGM had the potential to be used in drug delivery systems.
